THE SAN JOAQUIN COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS meets every 4th Thursday of the month at 555 E. Weber Avenue; Stockton, Ca. COG is very involved in planning blueprints for the area consortium of local governments and is very permeated by the Green Agenda, Sustainable and Smart Growth zealots and has plans to expand their power.
